Terms and Conditions
(a) Winners of this campaign constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions stated. Prizes will be provided in accordance with and subject to these terms and conditions. Any entry not compliant with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid. The management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of the campaign at any time without prior notice.
(b) This campaign requires winners to ensure that the following steps to redeem the prize is strictly adhered to, in the event that the management is unable to verify the entry due to incorrect or incomplete steps, the entry will be considered invalid and voided.
(c) No responsibility is accepted for any redemption that are incomplete, incoherent, unreadable, ineligible, corrupted, misdirected, lost or delayed or are unable to be sent/published due to technical or transmission failures of any kind or any other reason.
(d) Prize winners may be required to private message the management via social media platform (Instagram) of this campaign to provide their personal details (name, email and contact number) for the purposes of identity verification for prize collection.
(e) Should the winner be uncontactable, The management reserved the right to award the prize to a replacement or forfeit the prize.
(f) In the event of a dispute, the winner’s entitlement is subject to the sole discretion and final decision of the management. The management’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
(d) Prizes are strictly not refundable or exchangeable for cash or extendable in validity. The management reserves the right to replace prizes with items of similar value should there be any necessity.
(h) It is a condition of entry that winners consent to the publication of their names and social media platform identifiers (in the format of username, profile picture and/or submitted photos) on the relevant social media platforms for publicity purposes.
(i) Winners must also present relevant documents at the point of redemption for verification purposes.
(j) The management is not liable for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any winner as a result of entering the campaign or accepting any prize or any injury or damage to the winner’s or any other person’s personal property including but not limited to a computer or mobile telephone relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading/uploading any materials in connection with the campaign.
(k) Any cost associated with entering the campaign is the winner’s responsibility
(l) The management reserves the right to remove, and in absolute discretion, any winners deemed inappropriate or that are not in compliance with the terms and conditions of the campaign.
(m) The management reserves the rights in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.
