Pricing Proposal & Quotation
The estimate is to be signed by the Client prior to any work progress. Additional service or product that is not described in this quotation will be billed seperately to the Client. Any changes or amendments may be charged accordingly.
Flavour Request
For customisation of flavours, we would need a lead time of 30 days and additional fee may be charged for flavours that require research and development.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee of 80% of the full contract shall apply
Estimates & Budget
Any budget figures or estimates are for planning purposes only.
Events
All bookings should be confirmed with a deposit paid at least 3 weeks prior to the event date, to allow time for planning and sourcing of the materials
Confirmation
Orders are only considered confirmed once the invoice is sent and payment is paid. The company reserves the right to amend, cancel or reject any orders at any time.
