What are some standard terms and conditions I should note?
Strictly no exchanges or refunds allowed for this customised ice cream pint.
Allergy Concerns: All our products are prepared using all-natural ingredients and no preservatives in a space where nuts, gluten and other known allergens may be present.
Shelf Life: As this is a fresh pint, do understand the shelf life is shorter. We recommend to keep for no longer than 7 days, and consume within 3 days for freshness.
Ice creams are packed with insulated foil bags. No dry ice and foam box will be provided. Creamier chiller bags sold separately here.

I'm gifting a Pimp My Pint to someone else, what should I take note and/or share with my friend?
Do give your friend a heads-up that this item is a customised pint, with chosen ice cream flavours by you. The shelf life is 7 days, and the ice cream pint is best consumed within 3 days for freshness.
As always advised, even if it's meant to be a surprise, we would kindly request that you inform the recipient of his/her delivery as it needs to be received and stored accordingly, since our ice creams are highly perishable and require freezer storage.
I've received a Pimp My Pint as a gift, what should I take note?
Enjoy your ice cream pint within 3 days for freshness! As it's a fresh pint, do take note the shelf life is 7 days. This item is a fully customised pint, with chosen ice cream flavours by the gift-giver, so kindly note that there will be strictly no exchanges or returns for this item.
DELIVERY
My order is for a present, and I want it to be a surprise. How do I go about this?
As our ice creams are highly perishable and require freezer storage, we would kindly request that you inform the recipient of his/her delivery as it needs to be received and stored accordingly. You may click here to add on a customised handwritten card to your order!
Do you do same-day delivery?
We do not do same-day deliveries for orders placed in our online store, which require at least 3 working days to fulfil. However, you can order our ice creams via food delivery platforms Deliveroo, foodpanda, and GrabFood.
What are your delivery rates like?
We offer free Singapore islandwide delivery for orders $80 and above; otherwise, a flat fee of $12 for orders between $30 - $79.99 and a flat fee of $18 for orders below $29.99 applies per location. You can also opt for self-collection at Creamier Toa Payoh, Creamier Tiong Bahru, Creamier Gillman Barracks, Creamier Punggol Northshore, Creamier East Coast or Creamier Margaret Drive.
What are your delivery timings like?
Upon checking out, you will be prompted to select a timeframe from where our driver can make the delivery. The 2 respective time slots are either from 11-5pm or 2-7pm. We are unable to provide specific timings as we are currently working with a partner delivery service.
Can I still make changes to my order once it has been placed?
Once all orders have been finalised and paid for, they can no longer be modified and exchanged.
What happens if there is no one who receives my order upon delivery?
We use third-party logistics partners for our deliveries, so we are unable to provide a specific timing for your delivery. Within the chosen time slot, if there is no one to receive the order, the order will be left outside the door. As our ice creams are perishable items, we encourage you to ensure someone is in to receive, or to let the recipient know about the delivery.
ICE CREAMS
How long can I keep Creamier ice creams for?
Each ice cream pint has an expiry date labelled on the bottom of the pint. If left unopened and stored in the freezer, it could last until the expiry date. Once opened, we highly recommend enjoying the ice cream within 3 days for optimum freshness as the texture and flavour will deteriorate.
Does Creamier ice cream contain artificial ingredients and preservatives?
No. We do not use any artificial ingredients, preservatives, and life enhancers in our products, which is why we recommend you consume them fresh.
Do you have ice creams that do not contain eggs or nuts in them?
Yes, we do! Please check the product description of the flavour you are interested in. We list out allergens such as eggs, nuts, and gluten.
Are you halal-certified?
Creamier is not halal-certified. However, we use plant-based stabilisers and steer away from animal-based ones. Do keep on a lookout as some of our flavours contain alcohol.
WAFFLES
How long can I keep my Golden Waffles for?
Each pack of our Frozen Golden Waffles comes with 4 slices and each package has an expiry date labelled on it. If left unopened and stored in the freezer, it could last until the expiry date. Please open when ready to use. Heating instructions can be found on the packaging wrap-around, or you can also refer to the video here.
Do you still sell your Golden Waffles individually?
Yes, they are available for sale here. Limited stocks available only.
OTHERS
What if I want to make changes to my order?
Once all orders have been finalised and paid for, they can no longer be modified and changed. This is because all orders are sent to our internal operations team for preparation, and such a modification will cause an error in our systems.
Can I make a reservation?
Sorry, but Creamier does not accept reservations. We have a queue for dine-in customers, and the waiting time during peak hours such as weekend afternoons can take between 30-50 minutes.
To reduce waiting time, we would highly recommend to try and time your visit during the usually less crowded timings such as 12-1pm and 6-7pm on weekends or on weekday afternoons and evenings before 7:30pm.
