Are the Creamier outlets already open for dine-in this Circuit Breaker Phase 2 period?

Yes! All three Creamier outlets are now open for dine-in. Our operating hours are every Tuesday to Sunday, 12-10pm.

How long can I keep my ice cream for?

Each ice cream pint has an expiry date labelled on it. If left unopened and stored in the freezer, it could last until the expiry date. 

Once opened, we recommend consuming the ice cream within 3 days for optimum freshness as the texture and flavour will deteriorate. This is because we do not use any preservatives and life enhancers in our products.

How long can I keep my golden waffles for? 

Each pack of our Frozen Golden Waffles comes with 4 slices and each package has an expiry date labelled on it. If left unopened and stored in the freezer, it could last until the expiry date. 

Please open when ready to use. Heating instructions can be found on the packaging wrap-around, or you can also refer to the video here.

Do you do same-day delivery?

We do not do same-day delivery for orders placed in our online store, which requires 3 working days to fulfil. However, you can order via our food delivery platforms Deliveroo, foodpanda, and GrabFood (provided that your location is within a 3km radius from our cafés) every Tuesdays to Sundays, 12-9pm.

How do I make changes to my order?

Once all orders have been finalised and paid for, they can no longer be modified and changed. This is because all orders are sent to our internal operations team for preparation, and such a modification will cause an error in our systems.

Can I write in to reserve items that are currently out of stock?

Sorry! We do not accept any reservation or pre-order requests. We would like to give everyone a fair chance to purchase our offerings.

How do I go about corporate orders?

When do you restock your ice creams and Creamier-at-Home Sets?

All ice cream flavours are restocked on Tuesdays, 11:30am, while our Creamier-at-Home Sets are restocked on Tuesdays and Fridays at 12pm.
