Our Creamier Gift Vouchers can be used in-store only and are as good as cash; any excess amount cannot be converted to cash or to online vouchers. If you prefer to email a gift card for your recipient to use for online shopping, please check out our Online Gift Card option.

Should you opt for tracked mail, please kindly note that it will be mailed via tracked mail to the indicated shipping address and you should receive it in your mailbox within the week of order.
Should you opt for pickup, please kindly note that pickup will be at the selected outlet, date, and time of your choice.
Should you be ordering this item along with other consumable items (ice cream pints, waffles etc), we will not be able to send it via tracked mail, and you must opt for delivery.
